To ensure that the COMO bus system provides efficient service and meets the needs of community members, the City of Columbia is carrying out the COMO Bus Service Evaluation.
The evaluation began during the winter of 2016 and will continue through the spring of next year. During the process, the evaluation team will study the steps taken to implement the recommendations of the 2014 COMO Connect Project.
This survey is available through March 31, 2017 and made easy by Digicate®.
Today, COMO CONNECT relys on two core connector routes (#1 Black and #2 Gold) with service every 30 minutes and buses traveling in both directions. It also offers nine smaller neighborhood routes with service every 30-40 minutes and a bus traveling in only one direction.
Your ideas are helping the project team develop improvement alternatives for the system. Use this survey to offer your opinion on the best ways to share information about the project, ideas the team should consider, and more.
